Bitte sende pro Person eine Anmeldung
Bitte buche deine Übernachtung in der Kunstmühle direkt über post@kunstmuehle-veckenstedt.com. Sie ist nicht im Paket enthalten und muss vor Ort bar bezahlt werden.
Nach Absenden des Formulars erhältst du eine automatisierte Bestätigungsmail. Innerhalb von drei Tagen bekommst du dann die detaillierte Buchungsbestätigung. Bitte überweise den Betrag danach innerhalb von 10 Tagen.
Stornierungsbedingungen
Es ist nicht schön für alle Seiten, aber falls du doch von der Buchung zurücktreten musst, gelten folgende Bedingungen:
Bis 2 Wochen vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: Erstattung des Betrages abzüglich € 30.
Ab 14 Tage bis 4 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: 50% Erstattung des Buchungsbetrages.
Ab 3 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: 10% Erstattung des Buchungsbetrages.

Booking and Payment
Please send a booking form for every single person
Please book your accommodation in the Kunstmuehle directly via post@kunstmuehle-veckenstedt.com. It is not included in the ticket and is to be paid upon arrival.
Right after submitting the form, you get an automatic confirmation. Within five days you’ll receive a detailed booking confirmation. Please then transfer the amount within 10 days.
Cancellation
In case it becomes inevidable that you have to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:
Up to 2 weeks before event: Complete refund with 30 Eu fee taken off.
2 weeks up to 4 days before event: Refund of 50% of your booking amount.
3 days or shorter before event: Refund of 10% of your booking amount.
By submitting your booking you accept these conditions.
